Go to the User Menu and select My Account which opens a new tab.

Scroll down to e-signature. You have the option to upload a photo or to draw your own.

​If you don't have a transparent digital signature that you can upload, you can use the Draw function so that the document watermark is shown underneath it.

Click Update Details on the lower right of the page to save the changes. Go back to the CMS tab and refresh the page and your e-signature should automatically reflect in your prescriptions and other custom forms.
