There are 2 ways to start adding a new patient.
First, from the Launchpad scroll down to Recent Patients and Tap on Add a New Patient
Second, Tap on the 3 bar lines on the top right and tap on Records. Then click on the + button and select Patient
Then click on the + button and select Patient
Fill all the necessary details
For adding a Photo, you can personally capture an image of your patient or use a picture that they will provide you.
Once all is set, tap on Save on the top right corner
