How do I add a patient record?

Add and edit patient records using MYCURE (Web Version) so that you can record their vitals and take notes on their visit.

Adding Patient Records


  1. In the Menu, go to Patient Records and click Add New Patient.

  2. Enter patient profile details such as name, address, contact info, and even a profile photo. Click SAVE when you're done.

Plenty of patient records? No worries! You can also add them in Bulk.

  1. Click on the Import Button.

  2. Click on Download Template

  3. Fill all the details on the excel sheet and save it to a location where you can access the file.

  4. Click on Browse File and select on the file that you have just made.

All your patients are now in MYCURE!!!
