Watermarks are especially useful when you need to send digital copies of your patient's medical records such as prescriptions and medical certificates. While convenient for you and your patients, one big caveat of digital copies though is fraud through document tampering.
Here's how to print with watermark on your printable forms.
As of this writing, you are able to use this feature for your prescriptions, medical certificates, and diagnostic orders.
Create your medical record. Then, click on
Save Records.
Click on the options button
···on your record and selectPrint with Watermark.
Make sure that your print settings are correct (i.e. Print destination, Scale, Paper size, margin), and make sure that Background Image is checked.
