Managing your Medical Records Fields


Steps

  1. Click on your clinic’s photo on the Sidebar Menu.


  2. Click "Edit Clinic".


  3. Go to Medical Records.

  4. Select whether they can view only the records they created or including records by other doctors.


  5. Click Update to finalize.

To enable or disable record fields:

  1. Toggle which information is needed in the record fields.


  2. Hold and drag up or down a record field to adjust the order if desired.


    This can be done for record fields in Encounter, Plan, and Attachments tabs.

  3. Click Update to finalize.
