How would I know if my internet connection is good?

When checking your internet speed, you will likely see these common metrics:
​
​PING - the lower, the better. It measures how fast your computer responds to the network (ms units means milliseconds)

​DOWNLOAD SPEED - the higher, the better. It measures how fast you can pull data from the network (e.g. how fast your patient record data loads in the EMR page). Know how fast must your clinic have for MYCURE.

​UPLOAD SPEED - the higher, the better. It measures how fast you can push data to the network (e.g. how fast your photo attachment gets added to the records).
