Managing front desk queues
After your patients sign up and got their queue numbers using the registration kiosk, here's how you can check if they have been successfully queued to your work station:
1. From the menu, go to REGISTRATION > QUEUES. If you log in as the front desk, this is first thing that you'll see.
2. You should be able to see the list of patients currently in line on the left side.
3. You can view the other queues options from Front desk, PWD/Senior and Appointments.
4. For appointments and PWD/Senior, they can be served with priority by hovering over the name of the patient and clicking on Serve Now.
This will show the Service page in which you can select the service needed for the Patient.
