Creating a MYCURE account for your patients to view online results

Are your patients looking for a way to view the medical records or diagnostic test results from your clinic online? With this feature, your patients will be able to login to the MYCURE patient app to view their prescriptions, lab and imaging results online.

​Note: This feature can only be accessed through the online app (https://cms.mycure.md). If your clinic is using Syncbase, please go to the online app first to create the patient's account.

Step

  1. Go to Patient Records > Select Patient > Edit Patient.

  2. Create account

  3. Input the patient's email address and nominate a temporary password.

  4. Click I have copied the password and share it to the patient for future reference.

  5. Click create account .

  6. Go verify, go to https://patients.mycure.md and sign in using the credentials. Your patients should be able to login and view finalized results anytime.
    ​

    Note: Patients can only view FINALIZED results.
